Panthera Solutions is a leading offshore asset maintenance contractor in Guyana's oil and gas sector. We're growing our team and looking for skilled Blasters and Painters ready to work in a demanding, safety-first offshore environment.

What You'll Do:

• Blasting and surface preparation of offshore structures and piping, painting operations under the direction of the Painting Lead, and maintaining all blasting and painting equipment.
• Supporting offshore fabric maintenance activities, including preservation and corrosion control of structural steelwork, pipework, and equipment to extend asset integrity and service life.

What You'll Need:

• Hands-on experience with blasting and painting equipment
• Offshore certifications: TBOSIET, Confined Space, Working at Height
• NACE Level 1, 2, or 3 certification is an asset
• Experience in Oil & Gas is preferred; certifications in Scaffolding, Insulation, Rigging, Rope Access, or Industrial Cleaning are a plus
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to personal development
• Valid passport and legal right to work in Guyana
