Crew Management & Payroll Lead

We are looking for an organised, accurate and people-focused Crew Management & Payroll Lead to coordinate the movement of our offshore workforce and own the payroll cycle for our direct employees.

You will plan crew rotations and mobilisations, lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Pro People crew management and competency platform, and take ownership of compiling time data and processing accurate payroll through our Mintage payroll software. The role demands strong coordination skills, discretion and a sharp eye for detail under deadline pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crew planning — plan and coordinate offshore crew rotations, mobilisations and travel logistics.
  • Materials & equipment — support materials and equipment logistics across inbound, in-country and offshore movements.
  • Payroll processing — compile all direct-employee time data and prepare and upload accurate payroll templates into the Mintage payroll software each pay cycle.
  • Crew & competency software — lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Pro People crew management and competency platform, including system setup, data integrity, user training and reporting.
  • Scheduling — build and maintain crewing schedules aligned to project demand and certification / competency requirements.
  • Control — drive accuracy, compliance and cost control across crewing and payroll, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience — experience in crew management, workforce planning or payroll; offshore / oil & gas experience is highly desirable.
  • Payroll — proven payroll processing experience, including time-data compilation and template uploads (Mintage or a similar payroll system).
  • Systems — confidence implementing and managing crew management / competency software; experience with Pro People or similar is a strong advantage.
  • Skills — strong planning, scheduling and coordination skills, with the ability to work accurately under deadline pressure.
  • Attributes — excellent communication, discretion and confidentiality, and strong stakeholder-management ability.
