  • Budgeting & forecasting — lead the annual budget, regular reforecasting and cash-flow management.
  • Reporting & analysis — prepare monthly management accounts and deliver P&L analysis and reporting to the General Manager and board.
  • Compliance — ensure full compliance with Guyanese tax and NIS regulations and manage statutory reporting and filings.
  • Systems & controls — manage the ERP / accounting system, strengthen financial controls and safeguard company assets.
  • Leadership — develop the finance function and provide commercial guidance to operational and project teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualification — CMA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • Regulatory — strong, current familiarity with Guyanese tax and NIS regulations.
  • Systems — proven ERP experience and full-function finance management.
  • Technical — expertise in P&L analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and management reporting.
